What services are included?
Prices are intended per person per day and include the breakfast buffet in our restaurant, a car park (subject to availability), a sun lounger and parasol on the beach per room, only the first line is charged 10 euros per day. WI-FI connection is included as well as the internet corner in the hall and the use of the bikes. Only on request for the full board package will the lunch and dinner be included, whereas half board includes the evening meal with the vegetable and dessert buffet.
Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Yes, it is possible to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and with a direct debit card.
What type of deposit do we ask for?
If the booking has been made online through our website your credit card number is required, but only as a guarantee. No money will be taken until your departure, or in the case of a no-show or early departure without justification. We reserve the right to check the validity of your card. In case of missing data or invalidity the booking will not be valid. All your data is highly protected by a server that codifies the numbers of your credit card.
If the booking is made over the phone, by fax or by email, as an alternative to the credit card you can either send a bank transfer or a postal order.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
If the booking has been made online, you will receive an automatic response immediately with the layout and details of your booking. If the booking is confirmed by the sending of a bank transfer or postal order, we will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the deposit.
What are your cancellation policies?
The booking can be cancelled without a any penalty before 2pm of 7 days before your arrival, writing a confirmation via e-mail. After the 7th day the penalty fee will be the cost of your stay for a total of 3 days in the room, meals excluded. Bookings with special offers can be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days before arrival, writing confirmation by fax or email.
What happens if we have to leave early, we cancel or have to modify the holiday?
In the case of a no show, early departure and\or modification or cancellation of the booking after 2pm of the 7th day before your arrival the penalty fee will be the cost of your stay for a total of 3 days in the room, meals excluded. This amount will be taken from your credit card given on the moment of booking as a guarantee or the deposit already paid will be kept. For bookings with special offers cancellations\modifications are accepted without penalty up to 30 days before arrival.
What time will the room be ready?
On the day of your arrival your room will be ready from 2pm and the car park is ready from 11 a.m. If you arrive early in the morning, you can check yourself in at reception and we will be able to give you your beach pass straight away, while you wait you can relax on the beach after your stressful journey, rather the sitting in the hotel waiting room. In this way your holiday gets off on the right start.
Until what time can I stay in the room on the departure day?
After breakfast you can leave your room free between 10 and 10.30a.m. Leave your keys at reception. The car park has to be left free too, whereas you can use your beach sun loungers until 1pm. After this time you may personally ask the beach guards if you can stay a few hours longer and make the most of your last day on the beach. You can have a new parasol, or stay at your own, depending on availability.
Can we stay in the room until the afternoon?
You may, but it depends on availability at that time. We suggest to ask as soon as possible for this option, so as to avoid negative answers or the inconvenience of a room change. Do you have a private car park? How much is it?
The carpark is situated behind the hotel and is included in the hotel price and is subject to availability, for those without a car park we have a reserved area nearby (100 m) that is closed to the public and watched over.
Are there any cots or bed guards for children?
Yes, we have also thought of your child. On arrival you will find all you have asked for in your room. There will be a supplement of 8,00 euro per night.
Are you equipped for people with disabilities?
Yes of course, we have 4 rooms with bathrooms equipped for wheelchairs. Two are on the second floor and the other two on the third floor. They all have balconies and face the quieter rear side of the hotel. Our lift is not very big but it’s dimensions are large enough to accommodate a standard sized wheel chair, whereas the motorised chairs are too large. There are no further obstacles, not even on the beach. We have, thanks to our beach guard, a mobile runway that can take you directly to your parasol.
Is it possible to smoke in my room?

What kind of offers can I chose from?
The Hotel Verdi offers a wide range of choices with regards to special packages: such as just Bed and breakfast, or half board, full board or all inclusive. Our staff are at your disposal for any needs you may have.
Is it possible to book just a room without breakfast?
Special cases aside, it is not normally possible to book a room without breakfast, as it is included as part of the price and offers a buffet with sweet and savoury breakfasts as well as fresh fruit.
What time does the restaurant open for breakfast?
The breakfast buffet is open from 7.30am to 10am.
What are the restaurant hours?
The Hotel Verdi restaurant is open at lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, and in the evening for dinner from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm, with a large variety of choice on the menu, as well as a buffet every evening with vegetables and home made desserts.
Is it possible to substitute lunch with dinner?
Half board includes breakfast and the evening meal, unfortunately it is not possible to change this, for organisational reasons. You may, however, substitute half board for room with just breakfast, these type of changes must be made with a forewarning of 24 hours and as long as you have not confirmed any meals on the menu for the following day.
I am celiac, do you have a menu for me?
We do not have a specific menu in itself, but we do offer a few first course pasta dishes that are gluten free. Our customers are more than welcome to hand in to the kitchen all their products for a special diet and we will do all we can to accommodate you. The same goes for any other dietary intolerance or allergy.
Does the Hotel Verdi have WI-FI coverage?
We have a modern WI-FI system that covers the whole hotel. The signal is strong enough to download heavy files or watch streaming videos. To get onto the network you need a password and a user ID that will be given to you from our reception and is valid for your whole stay
Is internet connection included?
Yes, the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is completely free for our guests and is valid the whole duration of your stay.
Are domestic animals allowed?
We do accept pets (dogs) but only very small sized ones. Cats are not allowed however. There are no extra costs. We are at your complete disposal for any request you may have.
Do we have to pay for the beach?
No. From the day of your arrival at 1pm up until your departure day, your sun loungers are included in the price of your stay. For every room you have a parasol, with a sun lounger and a deck chair, if you need an extra lounger just ask the local beach boy and they will be glad to help.
Can I reserve a parasol in the first row?
No, it is not possible. There is no precise regulation as such, it is very much a free choice on a first come first serve basis.
Do you have sea facing rooms?
No, the hotel is 100 m from the beach. We do however have some rooms on the third floor with terrace where you can see the sea through the trees, thanks to a gap between the two buildings in front of us.
Do you have discount tickets for the excursions and local park entrances?
The fact that we are only 300m from the number 1 water park in Italy, Caribe Bay water park, gives us the possibility to make the most of a collaboration with them, so as to offer our clients a special service.
It is possible to have a free ticket per room for a minimum stay of three nights in a double. Meaning that if 2 people book a double room for 4 nights they will receive one ticket.
The offer is valid if asked for on booking and not during your stay on site.

Do you have bikes for your guests?
Yes of course. We offer a free service with our bikes available from 7am until 9pm. They cannot be booked so it is on a first come first served basis again. Follow the Jesolo Ambient Bike route around our local area, which is spread out over 150 km along cycle paths and secondary roads.
Is it possible to add a third or fourth bed to our room?
Of course, although it is always better to let us know before hand, preferably on booking. The extra bed has a discount of 10% off the pricelist if occupied by an adult, 50% if occupied by a child between the age of 5 to 11. It is free for all under 5’s.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes we do, but it is an external partner. We work with a laundry service that delivers house to house 24 hours a day.
